Efektivitas Herbisida Terhadap Pengendalian Gulma Epifit Dibagian Batang Tanaman Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq) Pada Tanaman Menghasilkan

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of systemic herbicide [Cap Elang 480 SL(Soluble Liquid)] and systemic herbicide [Santafuron 20 WG(Water Granulars)] on the effectiveness of weed death in the stem of palm oil (Elaeis guineensis Jacq). The research activity was carried out in Afdeling II, Marihat Gardens, PT. Nusantara IV Plantation. The research method used was a non-factorial randomized block design (RAK) which consisted of 1 treatment, namely the herbicide glyphosate in 3 levels and 3 replications. The results showed that the use of the systemic herbicide isopropyl amine glyphosate [Cap Elang 480 SL(Soluble Liquid)] and the systemic herbicide methyl metsulfuron [Santafuron 20 WG (Water Granulars)]at a concentration of 350 ml was more effective in killing weeds than other concentrations and could kill weeds effectively on 7 day after aplication because the weeds were killed completely/satisfactorily.
